The worst Malaysian experience in my life. All the noodles dishes, including the homemade noodles, completely lacked flavour. It made me think I had COVID because none of us could taste anything. Even the drinks, especially the kumquat juice, was very watered down and diluted like flavoured water. The eggs in the noodles dishes were burnt, some of the noodles just tasted like cooking oil and the chicken was extremely oily. I will NOT be coming back here.

Food was a little on the salty side, but everything else was still very delicious. We ordered a few dish but amongst ourselves and overall was good. Pleasant experience.

Delicious Malaysian cuisine from Sarawak with great presentation and pricing. Food was served hot and the noodles were unique. Staff were polite and attentive even though it was busy when we visited.

Having been here on multiple events, i must say that the food isn’t as good as it once was. Char kuey teow lacks the famous wok hei, kam pua was really plain and dull. No longer my favourite Malaysian restaurant. 📷 Kam pua special, Penang Char Kuey Teow

Once upon a time, there were no specialised Indonesian Bakmie restaurants such as PBK or Bakmie Kitchen, so the closest we can get to Indonesian bakmie is Kolo Mie and Sarawak Kitchen is the place that introduced us to Kolo Mie. The texture of thennoodle is a bit different than Indonesian bakmie. Kolo Mie is firmer but we like them as they remind us of one of the bakmie places we used to go in Jakarta. We like the Kolo Mie better than the he Kampua mie. Kolo Mie comes pork mince which adds more flavour! Get the special and large portion if you are hungry!! Definitely will come back.

Need to look past the interiors , the Food is good , I had a good Nasi Lemak with fish. It just takes me back to Malaysia. I asked for a dollop of curry sauce.
