i had a very bad experience with Sunshine Charcoal Chicken St albans. The chicken was very hard and uncooked and it got stuck inside my teeth and had to use dental floss to remove. Even my wife agreed the same. I did called and followed up with the owner ... who never came back.I finally returned the chicken and the owner had a bite and had no issues.I am disappointed that owner did not accept the fact.Very poor customer service.

Same owners as the SCC in the Plaza food court, both places use a honey sweet marinade that is yummy. I only eat breast portion and they have never been dry, totally succulent pieces each and every time.
Also chips n gravy decent enough.
