I am absolutely disgusted with this particular McDonald's... the entire place was absolutely filthy! Rubbish everywhere inside and out and the toilets were in a absolute state! I was put off my food, it was that bad, I would say it has to be the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen in my life... I definitely would not Recommend.

No soft drinks available when I visited only option was the mini juice bottles from the Happy Meals pretty terrible that a McDonald's has no soft drinks available never seen this before apart from the thickshake and soft serve machine that is not going.

Had to give these guys a review after they handled my complaint so so so well!
I got a completely different meal to what I ordered, was really annoyed but the lovely manager (maybe Julian? Not sure, young Asian guy, dark hair) was amazing and very on the ball.
I got the correct order and was very happy. I would give them 5 stars, but it's Macca's ...

Very poor quality service
Staff member “Joshua” was very rude and treated my Oreo McFlurry very poorly. Definitely do not recommend for anyone passing by. Your better off going to other places nearby.

Come on, get this place sorted! Aircon doesn't work properly. Shake machine is either broken or cleaned in the morning so not available a lot of the time, until lunch time. If getting through Uber, nearly always forget the straw, so how do I drink my thick shake? Cheeseburgers rarely get any onion unless you order extra. It's just one problem after the other here. So much potential, but such a disaster. The managers always work hard and try, but the rest of the staff couldn't care most of the time.
