I wouldn’t go back or recommend this place to friends. It took 39 minutes of waiting to get the burger. Understand it can be busy but would have appreciated the heads up, especially when I asked how long it would take when I ordered and I was told it would be 10 minutes. The burger looks great (see photo) enough that I noticed people eating it while walking by and decided to try it. The burger meat is bland and watery, the bun is stale and everything else on the burger was just okay. Fries are great though, but that’s about it.

Nice burgers but don’t know what the fuss is about. On par with any good fish and chips shop in Australia. Not greasy and quality ingredients. Chips are nothing special. Ambience and decor similar to conventional Melbourne cafe. Selection of alcohol on offer. Potato cake crispy and a mist try. Better alternatives in Melbourne these days.

I have a simple rule for burgers. If seasoning is required after first bite, then the burger is average. It happened at Andrew's today, and I found almost everything average : presentation, taste and ambience. I am not sure if it was because the place was busy; but is being busy a good excuse for a restaurant, I don't think so! The only positive was the fast service.

I had a 'secret menu' item. If you ask for the secret menu, they will provide this to you. I had the hulk which is a burger between potato cakes. It wasn't as intense as I thought it would be - which is a good thing of course. I wouldn't make it a habit to eat the Hulk but at least I didn't need to eat a side of fries. Off the main CBD strip, you either know of Andrew's or you don't. But one should know Andrew's that's for sure.

So happy to find my old friend, Andrew's Hamburgers, has opened a second store in the CBD. Very convenient for tourists and travellers. As always, the flavour is unchanged and super yummy.

Slowest burger place in the city, well over half an hour just to make 2 of them. Incorrect order too as we received the guys order before us who then promptly left, and after all that time waiting even our hungry and desperate appetites could not understand why this venue is so hyped up

Pretty good but beef burger was a bit plain and additions to jazz it up weren't really clear. diner type atmosphere.

Keeping it old school in a new location, don't go here if you want a Swiss cheese truffle hand patted cow Burger. Come here if you want great classic burgers!!!!
