Nando's Bourke Street

Remember the days when the chicken fillets on the burgers were thick in size, those were the days. Take away dinner: Classic burger combo - add extra fillet Chips Order process good, friendly, accurate. The manager or owner maybe, running a tight ship in there making sure orders go out in a timely manner. Positive experience in line with Nando expectations. I did feel the chicken fillets had somewhat diminished in size though.

Hygiene of the place is appalling. Tables were not wiped and precious customer’s plates and left over was left on the table. Even when our food has arrived we had to request for the table to be cleaned. Clearly under staffed restaurant. Food quality was …. Worst Mandi’s experience ever….. That was suppose to be lemon and herbs ribs 😅 Love Nando’s but I definitely will not come back to this restaurant.

Extremely poor dine- in experience. The owner didn’t want to turn on air-cooler to save costs and the place smelled like sewage. We someone managed to bear the stench as we were tired from all the walking. But to our dismay poorly cooked chicken and missing out on side orders left us in bad spirits. Trust me you better off to go and eat elsewhere other than this place.
