Banh Mi Brothers

Always love a food truck on the side road; was a food adventure! I had Grilled Pork Banh Mi and it was definitely the best I’ve had in Melbourne. You can tell how much effort the chef has put in the food just from the first bite 🌸 Banh Mi was well balanced between meat and vegetables; outside was crispy and inside was beautifully cooked. The meat was properly charcoal grilled and full of flavours. Highly recommended! What a gem 💎

My go-to place for Banh Mi when I’m in the area! I’ve tried both the Crispy Pork Banh Mi and the Grilled Pork Banh Mi and have loved both. The crispy pork was particularly memorable for its tenderness and excellent crackle. I’ve also tried their Pork and Prawn Rice Paper Rolls and they are such a great size! Loved the peanut sauce that came with it, it’s an essential. Overall, really fresh ingredients and very friendly service. I’ll be back again and again.

I've been hearing about this food truck for ages and decided to grab myself a classic Bahn-Mi. (Chicken). It's one of the better ones I've had for a while. It was fresh, tasty and quite authentic. Looking forward to trying out other options. Food truck was easy to locate with plenty of parking around.
