Actually a really good late night pizza not a heap I could fault. I got half Margherita hand Aussie, arrived hot and fast - very tasty, well balanced, base not too thick, quality ingredients Their garlic bread was great too! Really big and lots of butter with real garlic. Garlic bread tipped the review to 5 stars!

Lucky’s puts there own spin on Carltons traditional assortment of pizza offerings. Quality bases & sauce to toppings ratios. Being open late night is definitely a big plus too, would definitely like to see more options if not better prices, as it seems counterintuitive to charge more for a Margherita than a Capricciosa. But overall a really solid pizza option.

Maybe it’s my fault for ordering pasta from a “pizzeria” but golly was the pasta horrible. Granted, I did order from Uber eats, but I can’t imagine the quality to be too different from eating in-store. We got the spaghetti bolognese, the lasagna, and fettuccine pollo e funghi. The spaghetti bolognese was the only one average - still tons to work on but it was passable. Now the lasagna - I love lasagna and I often buy it from the supermarkets when I have a late night craving for it. I’m almost sure the lasagna they have is just store bought, heated, and then added in with some marinara and cheese. Very unimpressed. The fettuccine was the worst. Severely under seasoned, the chicken so tough it felt like cardboard, the pasta waaay overcooked. I literally had to put in a ton of salt and Parmesan to make it not taste like some type of weird cream-tasting pasta. Even my 6 year old could tell the difference and refused to eat it before I added the other stuff - and I didn’t blame her. Lastly, the garlic bread is literally the same ones as dominoes. Again, just expected a bit more than that. Never again.

I deliver food for a company as a part of the gig sharing economy. Usually I have no issues at this shop, the owner and most staff members are lovely. However tonight as I went to pick up the customers order, I was asked to wait outside as I didn’t have a face mask. I have a medical exemption from wearing a face mask, and asking me to wait outside is nothing short of discrimination according to the human rights commission. There was no one else in the store. It should also be noted the the staff member himself was also not wearing a mask. Some of us can’t wear masks, that doesn’t mean we are required to wait out in the cold, especially when 1.5m spacing can be maintained, which is quite achievable at 1am, which is the time that the incident occurred.
