Ten Miles

If I could give a quarter star I would. It is the worst Chinese food I have ever had. It was the blandest food I have ever had. Only upside was it was so bland I didn't throw it up as my stomach did not recognize it as food. Only people who would willingly and knowingly eat at this establishment are people who go to the casino - they too have no taste. We ordered here only out of necessity. My advice....just keep walking.

Terrible, bland, overpriced garbage that they made me wait 25 minutes for. I would've been more satisfied by walking away and throwing their buzzer in the river. If they are going treat customers so badly they should at least have edible food... To the cashier, I'm sorry I took up 20 seconds of your time, but seriously just tell customers you don't want to serve them, your star rating will probably improve.

Visited this establishment for lunch today and I found the service staff to be quite rude, not waiting to hear people's instructions for their orders and then becoming very frustrated when customers went to correct/clarify. On top of this, the pricing structure is quite expensive in terms of value for money - $16 for a small plate of food that is mostly rice. Additionally, they charge you an extra 15% on public holidays which is exorbitant in terms of what you receive. The food was tasty but not worth the money or the poor service experience.

Bought a duck soup noodles from them. The broth is an MSG broth, and it itself tastes nothing like duck soup. The meat is tough and full of bones, with the gamey taste you expect from duck completely boiled off. The cost? $18.80 Completely not worth the money, it's a wonder how this establishment can survive here. I'll paste a similar review on the casino's page for attention.

Hong Kong Cafe at crown The woman Staff is very rude (work on 15 Apri 2022@ 8 pm to 10pm) I would like to order noodle And I ask where I can place the order She said here and turn around and talk with other staff and drink water She did not take my order And I ask again She rised her voice and said I drink water I wait for her more than 5 minutes for drinking water If you want to do that, you should have a break During you work, you supposed to think about service to customers first Please be well traing your staffs Especially FOH staffs I pay money for that, I suppose to receiving good service and good products back
