William Street Deli

Lovely stuff working here. Food was amazing I had blueberry pancakes and it was fluffy!! A lot of blueberry on the top. Taste light but filled me up. I taste some French toast. It was nice and sweet with full of fruits. After lunch they will have more menus. You can try for breakfast, brunch or lunch it will be good ! They even sell wine ;)

Always enjoy my coffee here, the coffee taste is not that strong which is what I like and the milk is very smooth , not sour. Maybe order a strong coffee if you are really like strong taste coffee. The staffs are friendly with smile :). I will definitely come visit nest time when I’m travel to city !

My friend and I visited The Deli today and were very unhappy with the service and the meal. Although they were suffocatingly ‘helpful’ when we were deciding on what we wanted to eat, when we did order and pay I had to wait quite a while as they had served my friend and forgotten my meal. When I asked for them to fill the container up more as I had paid for a large meal and the container was only partially filled a very rude lady informed me that that would be an extra charge, I therefore took my meal and left. Another friend recently purchased wedges from The Deli and was given out of date sour cream, which I would assume is a health and safety issue. I am not sure if The Deli has changed owners in the last few months but I can say that when it opened my office went there regularly and were very happy with the service, food serving size and the food. Of late we have all been very unhappy, so much so that I have written this review. I have informed my office that they shouldn’t visit The Deli again or recommend it others.

I ordered and paid for the last vegetarian toasted sandwich they had on offer, and they gave me a table number. When they finally got around to toasting it, they had sold it to someone else. 15 mins later they admit they have no other vegetarian options, and gave me my money back. Lunch break was up, so I went hungry.
