Can’t fault this place: great location, service and finished product is fantastic as expected. Love the layout. Only annoying thing I can identify would have been free available water. I highly recommend the zucchini chips, the sweet potato option is also great. But other than that, great burger joint.

Hate to complain as I love to leave positive comments, I just personally find it annoying that the staff won’t let you sit in the restaurant for a take away order, and then also won’t call out your order or bring it out when it’s ready. I understand businesses need to adhere to Covid safe rules, but it all feels a bit heavy handed with no real benefit the way that it’s setup at this Grill’d, you can’t pick a table if you dine in and will be taken to a seat, these things takes away from the casual environment I used to enjoy

Need to sort out how to make burgers in order. I specifically asked before ordering how long it would take as I had somewhere to be and they said 10 minutes. 20 minutes later burger wasn't ready and I noticed they hadn't even starting cooking the HFC. They started cooking it 5 minutes after I enquired about where my order was (when it was already very late). The Manager was nice at the end and offered a free burger but it doesn't fix the problem that 25 minutes later I had no burger, wasted my time, lost the $5 HFC burger voucher and was late to where I needed to be. It's not that hard to make burgers in order. Fast food is not 25 minutes.
