they have a great waitress who should be the manager. We were greeted with the best smile and warmth. Amazing professional service while still creating a friendly and relaxed atmosphere to dine in. Sorry we weren't able to leave a tip! We went back this week and different waitress :( Hope she is still working there. food and drinks also great

Look, the food was delightful on the new menu. Now, the service or perhaps the lack thereof... Well that was just abysmal! I won't be returning because I live Melbourne and don't need to pay for bad service especially in a great neighbourhood of fabulous cafe's. This stuff matters, train your staff better. Sorry guys!

The food is ok, lots of outdoor seating, some comfortable and other not so comfortable. The reason for 3 stars is the service is slow. You literally have to walk in and keep asking for things if you happen to sit outside. Seems the waiters haven’t been instructed to ask if you’d like anything else once they’ve cleared your table. This was on a quiet day, hmmmm

fisrt of all, I tell you that the name of the business is "WETHERSPOON" when I visit here. so I'm not sure still same staff or not. anyway I found out why some people say it took a time to get their order. I order some food and coffee, I was the only one who ordered coffee at the moment, and my coffee hadn't be made till my food was on table. Literally, they didn't even start making shot untill then. they didn't even ask if I wanted my coffee with the food. the barista wasn't at the machine area as well. I could understand if they were busy, but I was just wondering why this happened in this situation.
