Chin Chins seems to be able to keep the standard up. My favourites are the special fried rice and fried calamari. The japanese style dishes are also very good. There is not a lot of staff warmth but the food is still good.

Try the crispy rockling special. It rocks! Dim sum is yum....delicious food at very reasonable prices. Thanks to all at Kyoto Moon.

We had a wonderful family lunch here last Sunday. Covid restrictions meant we couldn't have everyone at home so we were looking for a large private space as we are 9 adults and 3 babies/toddlers where we could enjoy a meal and not impact other guests. The restaurant opened for us and we enjoyed fabulous food, warm friendly service and some lovely wine. They were very generous hosts and our whole family had a great afternoon. We will be back ... thank you. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately the takeaway quality of the dishes are not representative of a premium dine-in restaurant. Although it's disappointing to apply the association however, I've had better results from mediocre neighbouring exclusive takeaway shops, taster & reasonable cost.
Understanding the challenges restaurants are enduring I'd recommend Chin Chin's @Koto Moto lower their takeaway menu item prices that aligns with local takeaway shops. I think customers will be better served in the way of dollar value.

I've eaten here many times and love it. Has consistently good quality and really interesting food and quick, efficient and friendly service. Two extra people turn up in your party - its not a bother! I always bring my annual visitors from provincial China here too - a great introduction for them to eating in the west for the first time, but enough familiar food for them to feel at home. Intimate and always bustling, I would recommend booking.
