Came here early on a Saturday night, roughly before 6pm. They initially got my order wrong (ordered zucchini chips, gave me regular chips) but they rectified the situation while allowing me to keep the regular chips. Nice setting, has both indoor and outdoor dining areas. Free water available.

Came here for dinner 2 times, because the other stores in city have closed (before 8pm).
Very nice staff, burgers are always my fav in Melbourne. Love the thick chips and zucchini chips - just have.

The burgers took ages to arrive & when they did, they were overcooked & pretty dry.
The staff gave us a voucher for a free burger but upon close inspection of the voucher, it expires in 3 months & is only valid in the CBD stores. I live in country VIC. Thanks.
At least the drinks were cold...

Their burgers are AMAZING!! I love their low carb buns as an option. Hotbird with brief is my go to burger. Their Stranger Things Demogorgon burger was amazing too!!! That chilli dipping sauce YUM!

Good food in a warm comfortable environment on a chilly cold winter night. We attended during an extremely cold Saturday night after the footy and enjoyed some excellent chicken burgers on sourdough and Multigrain buns plus chips.
Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was not really busy, but took about 10 minutes for our burgers to arrive and we didn’t receive our water which was ordered and had to ask a second time when we already eaten half of our burgers.
The burgers were delicious very fresh and tasty.

Pretty disappointing. Got lamb burger and chips. The chips were bland and the burger itself was served luke warm, or only marginally above room temperature.

When you take that first bite of your burger and you feel the egg yoke and juices flowing into your mouth....yes, you know you’re in the right place. Best burgers in Melbourne IMHO, hands down. Luv em.

I have always loved Grill'd burgers. I used to go there at least once every fortnight when I lived in Perth. Sad that they do not open in Tasmania. The burgers are juicy and well seasoned. They also have nice ciders! I like the decor of the place as well. So glad to have this again when I traveled to Melbourne last week.
