Domino's Pizza

I ordered a pizza and 7 up on Uber eats and gave the driver a bad review because on the Uber eats app it showed up as a complete order so I assumed my order was delivered to the wrong place. I failed to realise I ordered when they were closing and the driver came on time and delivered my pizza even after his shift was over. Followed my instructions really well and was really kind, best driver I had.The pizza was also tasty as always.

Today I have ordered two SPICY PEPPY PANEER and one cheesy garlic pizza. Out of that two SPICY PEPPY PANEER, they have made one with Paneer and one without Paneer and not ready to accept his mistake for forgot about adding Paneer and arguing in front of other customers.Poor -customer service by indian domino's manager for this date : 27/12/2020 around 6:30PM.This is for to improve their customer service skills to be fair and polite.

Friday, 1st of April around 4pm and the whole shop is only staffed by 1 person. She is so calm, not stressing, very efficient and getting the orders done as quickly as she can, although how can you expect her to go any faster under the circumstances. Service is compromised, and I can't help but feel sorry for her, with a bunch of hungry school boys ordering the whole menu, Mum's coming from school pick up, busy office workers and all the while the UberEats machine is non stop and people are walking in constantly, not really fair that Dominos in Camberberwell can't at least find one person to help out or do the serving. Such a busy place and large franchise, in an affluent suburb. Girl needs a raise! Just as I am writing this, one of the school kids commented about only one girl working and the phone ringing out. What a shame. Leaving a good review because the pizza is good and the girl deserves it, but really hope you take to this to see that is simply isn't fair that she is on her own, especially during the rush!!
