Culver's

I always have enjoyed Culver’s, especially the breaded pork tenderloin made to order with only the fixin’s I prefer. Constructively, if a manager is reading this, mayo on both buns, and divvy up the condiments on either side of the bun would be great, but just my preference. For example, mayo and pickle on bottom bun, and mayo, onion, and shredded lettuce on top bun. Thanks for the service! As with many retail and religious establishments, the thermostats are a little cooler than necessary.

Possibly the best experience I’ve had at any restaurant, ever. The employee by the name of Manvith Dantenini especially made me feel like I was at home and provided the most amazing customer service I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing. He single handedly raised the animals, planted the plants, made the ingredients, cooked the food, and served it all in the span of 10 minutes, all with a smile on his face. He truly is the pinnacle of a good employee and deserves any and all raises and promotions available to him.

EDIT: I am updating my review to 5 stars, as this location has shown a huge improvement. They have started taking online orders and accuracy has increased so much, I was really impressed! The food is always great and now it is correct as well. Please keep online ordering as an option! Thank you Culver's! ORIGINAL: Culver's is my favorite fast food chain, but this location is below par. They get something wrong every single time I eat here. The same exact order gets rung up differently every time and it's never correct. They do not allow online ordering, which makes it even worse. The food is still hot and delicious, but it's never ever correct. For $30-40 on a couple burgers and fries, I expect to simply receive what I ordered.

We pulled into Culver's for burgers and custard. The store was clean and comfortable. There was only a short wait at the counter and our food came out quicker than we expected. The burgers were very good, as usual, and the custard is always our favorite. I always take note of the landscaping around a restaurant and this one was attractively maintained. That makes a good first impression. The condition of the inside was great too, everything was clean and modern. Many other fast food restaurants should maintain the high standards of this Culver's location.

Decided to eat here, since Steak and Shake is just a ghost of its former self since they restructured during covid - not a fan anymore, it's a shame. Anyway, after looking at the vast menu selection - there is something for everyone, we each got a burger and fries. They were very good. You order at the counter, then they bring it to you at your table. If you like meat, get a double. The buns were very fresh and soft - a pet peeve of mine are the horrible stale buns you always get at fast food burger joints! The shake was OK, I've had better. They get very busy at lunchtime, but the employees kept up, and even the drive thru was moving quickly.

I walked in at approximately 10:50am. I was greeted by Shaq in the back through the window in an extremely pleasant manner. Mallory then came up to the counter to assist me with my order. Both of them did an excellent job with customer service, and both had smiles on theirs faces. This is exactly what I'd like to see everywhere I go, and I know where to find it. I don't come down to Viera often, but when I do, I'm definitely stopping at Culver's for lunch. The food was hot and fresh, and the lobby area was clean.
