Bagel 13

I haven't been in in far too long! Had a chance this morning for a bagel with cream cheese and as always I was not disappointed!! Both Mimi and Rickey were both sooo nice and professional. I'll definitely be back in! I was even offer a few free bagel which was so much appreciated by the guys at the shop!

I love this place! Used to frequent every Sunday and Monday before prices increased but overall still very reasonably priced I'm just poor after all the prices everywhere went up and I still am paid the same amount. I still try to visit every time I crave a bagel here. I also love their cinnamon rolls. Dining in is the best option in my opinion! But if you'd like to take your food to-go it's also a good option. I just think their bagels are best enjoyed fresh!

I give this establishment a five due to the freshness of the bagel which was nice and soft not chewy. Bagel egg, bacon and cheese was delicious. However I do not recommend the smoothie, it was so so sweet which didn’t seem like a smoothie. I really didn’t get the strawberry taste just sugar. Staff was helpful in making it right but I still won’t get a smoothie from there. The food is great along with the customer service. Check them out.

Pretty chill spot. This is a "must stop" post-workout. Staff is awesome and super sweet as well. Didn't have lox the first time I went, but they still had other options to choose from. Plenty of options! Note: The bagels thru the glass are for display. If you look across the street, there's a high school which probably buys out the bagels throughout the week. So I don't set my expectations on getting exactly what I want. Be open to other options.. 😊

Since 192 Bagel shut its doors, Bagel 13 is the only game in town if you live in the south Melbourne area, and I'm grateful for that. Are their bagels the best in town? No, other options like Bagel Joe's on Lake Washington are much better. But to me, this is fine. You're going to get far superior bagels at Bagel 13 than you will at Dunkin, or Einstein, especially if you get a breakfast sandwich. I recently had a steak egg and cheese with Taylor ham on an everything and it was awesome! One complaint is that the butter is definitely blended with margarine. Something to note if you only like real butter. On the plus side, the service is great. Everyone is very nice, and they get you your food quickly. Overall, it's a good place to go to get a decent bagel. Don't expect it to rival bagels in the NE, but definitely expect better quality than you get from most chains.
