It's been a while since I visited a Zaxby's. The food is good albeit a little higher than I would have wanted for lunch! However, the quality covers it!
This store was relatively busy but the orders were processed quickly, the staff was pleasant and friendly, and the restaurant clean - very good experience.

Christian the GM always makes sure my food is fresh and in a fast manner. I come here 3-4 times a week due to his impeccable service. Definitely go to this location!

First time visit Chicken sandwich was very good . Large white meat chicken seasoned great.

First visit: didn't hate it. Chicken fingers were decent but not very large. Not a fan of the Zaxby's sauce.

I never tried any Zaxby's before last month
But the Chick-fil-a on Wickham road has been closed for remodeling so I thought I would give them a try
We have now come here 4 times. The first time everything was fantastic and I thought the fries were awesome. The seasoning they use has some spice to it. But is not so over the top that you can't taste the potato.
I thought it was a very good balance.
We did get some of their chicken finger sandwiches which they call Nibblerz. I wasn't too thrilled with the sauce that they put on them. But other than that, they were good.
On our second trip, the fries had no seasoning on them. They were just playing old crinkle cut french fries and I thought maybe I had a bad memory.
So we had to come back for a third time. And once again, the first experience repeated itself.
One thing that surprised me was that among their list of sauces there was teriyaki. It was a very good teriyaki at that
I thought the service was quick. Everybody enjoyed their food. And it will be on my list going forward.

The salad was huge, and the chicken was delicious . I wish I had brought salad dressing from home because the dressing was kinda blah. Lesson learned! I would definitely go back again.

I took my son here as a reward for sitting through a haircut. He absolutely loves the fries here. The employees were so sweet and gave him a cookie for his birthday. It made our night.
The new fried cheese balls are bomb!

Why did the chicken cross the road, you say…well to get to Zaxby’s!
First-time customer, and I must say the original chicken sandwich was incredible! The chicken was very moist and cooked to perfection. Let’s not stop there because the seasoned fries were outstanding!
