Haven’t been here in a while. We need to come more often. The service was outstanding and the food delicious! I tried their lemon blueberry waffles and OMG was it good! I cleaned my plate!

Nice Perkins located close to the Brevard Zoo off of I95. First time here and it was busy but we got a table quickly. The food overall was well cooked and tasty. We have been to some Perkins that had some food issues, but not here. The carrot cake pancake special was excellent. My wife's waffle was also very good. Lowest item was coffee. It was hot, but served in a metal carafe left st the table. There was a notable metallic taste to it. Otherwise the meal and experience was fine for this type of family restaurants.
First-rate customer service with a relaxing atmosphere and a menu that will satisfy. I have frequented this restaurant for years and the staff has never disappointed. Service has always been attentive, and the food is off the line timely and well presented. Portions are ample, prices are fair. The owner and managers are involved, visible and participating. The service and kitchen staff work together to minimize wait time and ensure dinner expectations are met. The inside is open, fresh looking and clean to a high standard. I highly recommend this restaurant whether you are a table of one, a family or a group enjoying a special occasion. Well done to the Perkins team and thank you!!!
Very good breakfast/lunch place, lots of large portions for breakfast the are good, we tried the French toast, scrambled eggs, sausage links, and hash browns. I also ordered a BLT with fries, which was also very good and filing. Along with the main courses, they have a good selection of desserts, including pies (I like coconut cream), muffins, cinnamon rolls, and cakes. Service was quick and friendly, overall recommend for breakfast, lunch, or brunch!
I usually have a great experience was almost 😅 ruined until I requested a new server with a better attitude for customer service and (Keran)🌸🌺🌼🙃🥰 bless her heart 💜 brought it back around for us. Great 😊 attention to detail and awesomeness with her Hospitality. Thanks for being so happy and polite 🦋

When we entered the restaurant we requested a table and chairs and the people acted like they couldn’t accommodate this request. They finally accommodated us and put us in Cynthia’s section and she immediately told us she would be right over. She was extremely busy and working so hard we didn’t mind waiting. Our food was okay. But our service was outstanding! I’ll def stop at this Perkins again for service like this!
Visiting family in Florida for Thanksgiving. Thought we would grab some breakfast.
My boys ordered ham and cheese omelets with toast and hashbrowns. My wife and I ordered the build your own to split. We had eggs, bacon, country potatoes, fruit and an pineapple upside down mega muffin. We all had ice tea.
The waiter was friendly and prompt. The food was all fresh and good. We had a good breakfast. I would say that we will be back but we don't live in Florida.
Great family experience and good food as well. Kids meals come with a cookie, and mine dropped theirs on the floor. Within seconds management was there with a new one without us having to ask. Very nice staff and nice clean atmosphere.
