Starbucks

I'm going out of my way to write this review, just before stopping by here I had a horrible experience of how rude customer service was next door, in Hobby Lobby by that lady Cammy. I came here and Aileen turned that around for me! I wanted to try out their new holiday drink, Aileen took my order, and she was so nice and cheerful, just feel warming. She ensured me that the drink is delicious and another worker in the background did too lol. When I pulled up she gave me a hot drink, I told her I ordered a iced. She said I wanted you to try both! Aileen is wonderful! We need more people like Aileen!!

Ordered through the drive-through during the 3 o'clock hour. I was initially perturbed by the inadequate entrance from the northern approach. Painted arrows only pointed in the direction of exiting the parking lot and no given direction entering from the north. Got in a rather lengthy line, but it only took 10 minutes to get through with my order. I ordered three drinks and was served efficiently enough, but I guess the staff was too tired to be cheerful and were marginally courteous. The beverages tasted great. I'll go back for the good drinks but will only expect efficient service without charisma.

This was my go to Starbucks in the morning while traveling. It was pretty awesome! They were never out of anything that I wanted. They're very nice. It was super quick. It was right by the hotel. I love that double smoked bacon sandwich! It was just what I needed heading into work. That, and a cafe latte or a macchiato! Breakfast and coffee! Perfect!

Fantastic staff, Caroline in particular was so lovely. We had a small chat that the speaker and she very kindly wrote me a note. I know it's not easy these days with awful people, be she really was amazing despite the store being out of many things. She truly wanted to brighten peoples day. It worked ♥️
