This bucks,for drive through has a longer cueing line (sure it might go away if the McDonald's ever reopens) I consider this a good thing. The staff is typical (friendly and efficient)and they recognize my families order which is always nice and make it a point to say hi. In my experience this location does sometimes run short on ingredients compared to other local Starbucks, not sure if it's a volume of customers or it just has a lower stock. They keep their order ahead on more often than others, but I do notice it is off sometimes , although not as often as other nearby stores.

I try not to go here whenever possible, a staff member was very rude to me for wearing a blue line shirt. And one staff member (who’s name I do not know) asked a state trooper if they wanted more spit in their coffee.

The coffee here is consistently bad. Any iced coffee has melted ice in it. I ordered a cold brew and it was clearly made with hott coffee and a ton of ice that just ended up being gross. I only have this issue at the Medway Starbucks.

They are aiiteee. If they notice you have a dog they always give em a puppaccino so that's cool. They are def over priced tho.

The other day I came to this location to try the new Sugar Cookie Latte, unfortunately they were all out of the syrup needed to make the drink, but the staff was so accommodating and kind! I was offered a different one of their holiday drink as an apology, after declining it the staff insisted that I try it--free of charge! It was delicious and it was so generous of them to do that for me. I usually only go to Starbucks as a treat or if I feel I ~must~ try one of their custom drinks. Everyone at this location seemed happy and like they were enjoying their time. Great atmosphere, great staff, and amazing drink! Thank you all!

We moved to Medway in June 2020, so for the first year we were in town this place was mostly closed for dine-in. We still had some great experiences with the drive-through, including one time when they gave us a $4 gift card when we complained that a drink was lukewarm (they also replaced the drink!) Now that they're open for dine-in, it's a great place to come and hang out. I tend to come in the evenings to catch up on e-mails, etc. and it's usually pretty quiet- but the staff are always friendly and upbeat. Highly recommended!
