Horrible experience, they didn't add cheese even though I paid for it. Took 15 minutes to receive my food. The food was cold. I ordered without buns and they threw 2 sandwiches into the same container. It was for 2 different people so we had to dig them apart. No condiments. Just horrible service that shows they could care less about their customers

The restaurant was busy when I was there about noon. The service was fast. My order was a chicken sandwich. It was hot as was the fries. We dinned in. The tables were clean as was the chairs and the floor. There is a kids play area here. The play area was busy with kids. The restaurant has easy access to interstate 71 at rt 18. No truck parking here.

You stick to the floors wherever you walk, the higchairs were grey but blacked with gunk and they were sticky and gross. The bathroom hand dryer hardly worked, and the food was mediocre. The employees were super friendly, and my kids enjoyed the play place

Bought 3 croissant sandwiches. 2 bacon,1 sausage. After eating the sausage croissant, my son got sick and started throwing up about 10 minutes later. What happened to Burger King, several years ago, every one I went in was good. For the past 4 years, they completely did a 180 and SUCK

Came for breakfast. Hash browns are cold, sandwich is so hot it litteraly burnt me, but not from being fresh! It was in the microwave, the bread was so soggy it was nasty. The cashier was very short with me. Did not give extra ketchup like I asked, she ignored me and rolled her eyes. Passed the food and my card off so fast i almost dropped both of them. Maybe lunch crew is better, I won't personally come here again though

Isn't the worst Burger King ever. That would be the one who in wadsworth that feeds people cleaner in their iced tea. The hours say it closes at 9 p.m. The workers begin closing the place at least by 750 When I arrived. Don't expect the shake don't expect iced tea. Don't expect friendly service. Don't expect that the employees will care anything more than closing the restaurant so they can leave at 9.

Just went there today for lunch I ordered my dad's first a double whopper with cheese no tomato and I wanted it hot. No such luck, not hot and no cheese on the sandwich. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich for myself along with fries. Neither fries or chicken sandwich was hot either

I would give zero stars if I could. The apparently close the lobby at 9 but don't lock the doors? They were rude when we went in to order. So we went through drive thru and the lady was SO impatient with us. It took her forever to accept our payment. Food was fast but when I opened my burger it was very sloppily put together with ketchup everywhere. They didn't give me the drink I ordered and paid for either.
