This place is AMAZING! It feels as though you are sitting in a restaurant in Florida. The food literally takes you to the ocean 🌊 . My husband and I will be coming back! Top notch service to boot!

We won't return. Sushi was so-so. Not wrapped tighy enough to stay together. Large " Ridiculous Roll" pieces just continuously fell into a pile. They expect you to eat out of take-out sushi tray, so it is difficult to put soy sauce and wasabi together for dipping. Also tougher to share. We should have done carry-out. Spring rolls had no real flavor. 2 of us eating in the restaurant. 4 employees standing around talking closeby.
Lots of other places to try. We will find another.

The sushi was solid, but not mind blowing. Their specialty roles didn't seem very unique compared to other sushi restaurants. The stir fry bowls are pretty uninspiring, and it took quite awhile to get the food.
Not bad by any means, but it didn't feel like a true sushi restaurant experience.

I used to hate Sushi until I went to Project Sushi. They have the award of being the location that got me to like Sushi. (Highly suggest the Reef Roll to any new comers)
They are very consistently good and run by some great people. The employees are always a blast.

Just had a fantastic sushi dinner from Project Sushi in Medina! Tried the fan favorite Crunch, owner favorite Dunes and the Castaway. We liked all three but especially loved the Dunes. Super clean, super fast service, and excellent quality all the way around. A must-try if you are in the area. Fantastic, friendly staff on top of it all.
