Villa Pizza

I liked my cheese steak. They were nice enough to make me a garlic bread roll. $0.50 for the Garlic bread roll which is more than fair. The girl at the counter was very helpful and made sure that my Cheesesteak got made on a garlic bread roll. They have beer. They may or may not have a deal with the local microbrewery. They may or may not have draft beer. The answers to those questions were a little vague. Luckily I got there after what appeared to be a little boy's birthday party. I like this place but it was just missing something.

I have been wanting to try Pappone's and recently I had the opportunity to order delivery twice. Let me start by saying that the food was excellent! The first time I ordered a hot sandwich and salad. The woman taking my order was nice and the delivery was quick, only taking about 30 min. The second time I ordered a large pizza and it took about 45 minutes to arrive. Both times the food was hot upon arrival and exactly what I ordered. The pizza was delicious, one of the best pizzas I have had in the area (and I have had a lot). Overall, I am really happy with my experience at Pappone's so far and I can't wait to try their food again either with delivery or take out. There are a lot of choices in the area for pizza and sandwiches and Pappone's is now definitely on my list of my favorite places. I definitely recommend trying Pappone's, either in Media or their new location in Aston!

be careful when you order from them however their food is good. The girl who takes orders over the phone is rude. I order a salad with extra dressing so I should have gotten 2. She charged me and was only given one which was delivered. So when I called and asked for the driver to come back and send me the dressing with my salad ( I live 5 mins away and plus they charged me delivery fee and I tipped), the girl sounded like it was a problem to get it delivered to me and instead she would credit for my next order. She couldn't refund the extra dressing because I paid with credit card. Very bad customer service. I have ordered a lot from this place and this was not fair how I was treated. Be very careful when you order from here or go elsewhere.

Pork and broccoli rabe sandwich was exceptional. Sandwich was packed with moist tasty pork and provolone cheese. Exceeds my expectation. Also the buffalo chicken is the best I have had in some time. Again the taste, size and combination of cheese, meat and sauce is well worth the trip. The prices are fair. The staff was polite and friendly.

——————- WAIT INSIDE!!!!——————— The food is good. Being told to wait in the car and they will bring the food out, then forgetting you’re out there is not so good. I went home with a cold pizza after waiting in the car for 20 minutes. I ordered the pizza by phone and was there in 20 minutes to pick it up but I added soup to the order & waited another 20 minutes. I had to go back inside to see what the holdup was and was told “I forgot”.
