Mcdonald's

The management or lack there of at this location is the biggest problem. A bunch of inept employees who don’t know how to do their jobs. The “manager” wanted to get loud and keep running her mouth the entire time. No one would give me their names because they were too afraid that they would be reported to management, which happened anyway. Whoever owns this location should be embarrassed to have this staff working there.

Aside from the countless times of waiting in drive-thru forever, rude employees who don’t interact with you, and messed up orders (they once gave me a Big Mac with no meat on it, pictures attached); today was the icing on the cake. Only customers were myself and two other cars sitting in drive-thru waiting to place our orders. No one was in the lobby. 15 minutes go by and we are still sitting in the same spot. I eventually end up leaving and as I’m driving around the building, I see no one working, instead I see the employees sitting down at the tables closest to the drive-thru line. On full display, sitting on their phones, ignoring the line of cars that’s piling up a few feet away from them. Wow. ***Update to my previous review*** This McDonald's has been a lot better lately. The past couple of times I went, service was fast, employees are friendly (some more than others, but that's fine), order was accurate. Thumbs up!

I wanted to leave a good review because everything was on point, and there was no reason to give anything other than 5 stars. Look it's McDonald's, it's fast food, I get it. But wow it was a perfect mcdonalds visit. Fresh fries made in clean oil, juicy burger grilled to perfection. Shout out to the staff working tonight....keep up the good work, it is definitely being noticed.
