5++++ stars!! My husband and I love 1010 and order at least once a week! Not only is the food VERY fresh and (always) delicious.. the owner and staff is absolutely amazing!! Two quicks experiences/stories. (1) we had a pizza delivered a few months ago and when the driver got to the door he asked my husband to check the pizza as it "slid" in transit. When we looked the cheese was SLIGHTLY pushed to one side.. Something that is easily fixable with a knife or a fork. However, the driver informed us that this pizza is not a reflection of the food they serve from 1010 and would be back with a new one. Within 15 minutes.. The driver was back with a brand new pizza and insisted we take a FULL REFUND!! 2nd story.. We ordered delivery this past weekend and ordered a small pizza and a wrap. What was delivered was a large pizza - half of it was the pizza that was ordered and the other half was a new pizza they wanted to "give us a try".. And an extra side of fries. We were in hangover heaven! :) P.S. order the onion rings!! They are PHENOMENAL!!! LOVE 1010 and will continue to be loyal customers <3 Their thoroughness and dedication is amazing!
