Hardee's

disapointed, I went to make a transaction and apperently didn't have enough on my card. Typically restaraunts will let me know when i don't have enough money on my card before making a transaction. This time, he took the money off my card and asked me for 6 cents, Which i didn't have because i use card. They cancled the transaction but i now do not have my 3 bucks in my bank anymore. I know i can get a refund if i want but it still is BAD Costomer service to just MAKE a transaction without letting a person know they don't have enough on there card. They should say first, you don't have enough. Because not everyone carys cash around.

The customer service is excellent. They are always so kind. They even went out of their way to help us with not 1 but 2 homecoming competitions! (We needed 3 smiling McDonald’s employees for one picture and we needed to go through the drive through on foot for another picture) they were more than happy to help us. Not to mention the food there is always great. Thanks for helping us out and being so kind always!

I do a lot of traveling. So when I'm in a hurry and I don't recognize or don't want to take a chance on area restaurants I stopped at McDonald's. There's one thing you can always say about McDonald's it is consistent, no matter where you go. You know what you're going to get. The Only Exception is service and cleanliness. I got an iced tea with lemon. I like the fact that McDonald's offers Lemons now for their iced tea and a fresh coffee made to order. No complaints.
