Burger King

First time here and my last time. Service was absolutely horrible. I wanted a whopper so we came to this location while was a bad decision. I ordered the double whopper with fries. The girl working behind the counter had no manners and no respect for me as a customer, it was like cold service, period. The guy who took the order “Danial” was really rude until he seen me take his picture. The floor was so sticky my shoes were sticking to the floor. Flies were bad. When I got to the table my whopper was half cooked raw in the middle. This place needs attention! Bad Bad business, it needs to be closed down. If you can’t treat your customers right, who’s gonna want to come here? Just look at the way she was handing me my food in that pic. I asked her which one was the sweet tea but she ignored me. The photo’s tell it all. They acted just like they hate jobs.

Purchased almost $40 worth of food. Missed 3 items first time around. Overcharged $13 for items we didn't receive. Food was cold and mangled. Pathetic in all ways. I can't believe what we must pay for food now, and what is received. Ignorant, entitled, petulant adults who hate their $15 dollar an hour job. Will not come back to this or any other BK again.

This is actually one of my favorite Burger King's to visit. They're always nice and friendly the food is usually always hot and fresh and I usually go through the drive-through so I'm not sure about the interior of the restaurant. But the outside always looks really nice and clean and the parking lot is free of trash and debris and such so and they're usually pretty quick about getting you in and out it's usually not much of a wait not unless you go right at lunch time then you may have to wait a little bit longer and of course with most restaurants now they're short-staffed and just have a little patience guys they're doing the best they can and sometimes they may not have but three or four people trying to run a shift so like I said just be patient guys. And the reason I'm giving it a four is that in a month cheese was not melting on my burger and I like that my cheese melted and I know from working there they're supposed to take the bottom part of the bun and put it in the microwave to melt the cheese yeah they do that oh, so yeah that's why I give it a four and other than that it was a great experience!
