Cook Out

So technically this was my second time of eating cookout in my life. So I went here. Unfortunately I believe the Dine In option was close but I was alright with that. I went to the drive thru and order. I had heard before that Cook Out's Customer service isn't the greatest but it wasn't for me. Great Customer Service for me. The food was amazing! Everything at a good price. I will come back. 9/10

I love eating at Cook Out but today was a awful. First the cashier (Jeff) could not get my order together. I had to repeat my order like 3 or 4 times. After I pulled up to receive my order, he handed me my bag and he quoted, "The bag is a mess so be careful." It was chili everywhere. First of all if you know that it's messy, it should not be given to a customer like that. I ask for chili with cheese fries and all I got was fries and a big clunk of chili everywhere. Nobody wants to eat something that looks like it was just thrown together. On Yesterday 5/06/2020 around 5:30 I bought a cook out tray and I ordered hush puppies for a side and they were burnt and hard. I would not have served that to any customer. Please do better! Ok so it wouldn’t allow me to do another review so I’m adding to this one. So today 2/20/22 I got a hamburger platter with fries and hush puppies. Well the amount of the sides was unreal. They putting it in boxes now so I don’t know if they are limited things now or what??? Ridiculous

Almost every time my family and I go to this store it’s awful customer service. Most of the time the staff is trying to rush you through, and leaves stuff off your order. The staff also get an attitude sometimes. I have worked in fast food and I know it’s bad always easy, but they seem to be in a bad mood every time. We love cook out, but at this point we probably won’t come back to this location.
