I'm really confused on the management of this mcdonalds. There was an employee hanging out in the kids play place, I saw employees out of uniform, and I watched a customer get treated rather rudely. All the staff seem confused, as if someone gave them all a rough idea of what to do and then abandoned them. The one who seems to be in charge has been handling multiple orders without gloves

It's average for McDonald's....I think they could use a bit more help that cares if your food is satisfactory or not maybe more employees who are out of high school...

My sandwich was falling apart when I took it out of the box. My coffee cup had dried coffee on the lid and so I took the lid off to drink it, it was cold. I threw it away don't know how long it had been sitting.

Just went to get a coffee and the girl seemed confused with my order while I was ording. I ordered a large get to the window and its a medium. Says I need to go and order it again because that's what is on the board. Excuse me you messed up and not me. Front window 12/10/21 8:50 am. Yes it was busy but that was still extremely rude.

Drive through is fast, I go here all the time when I'm in McLeansboro to get ice cream with my niece. This place is clean and reliable and on the edge of town near the highschool. Would recommend for a quick cheap cup of coffee or a frappe too.

Grandson busted the top of his head open.. From Bare metal in the playground. They was worried more about all the blood on the floor then about him. Trip to the ER and 4 staples in the top of his head. Never cleaned the blood inside the playground..Just the floor by the tables..
