Sen Khao

I rat this 4.6 on attention to detail, fresh ingredients, off the chart for mall food. Tables and music make for a nice experience. This is a good excuse to come to Tysons II. Great flavorful Laotian food and a small selection of drinks including Laotian beer. Counter style service. Clean. And there is a small bar in the next space.

I was pleasantly surprised to learn that a Laosian fast casual place had opened at Tyson's 2! We walked over there last night for a rainy night dinner and left happy. The menu was short but perfect. Appetizers, rice dishes and noodle dishes and drinks. I really wanted the Salat Mak Mua (eggplant appetizer) but it would have been too much food because I wanted the pho som lao more. Worth it. Sour and rich broth with chunks of chicken, chewy rice noodles and plenty of green veggies to nom and crunch on. Perfect. We didn't get any drinks but they had cucumber water on tap and that was a perfect accompaniment! The service was uber friendly, as well! Very sweet and polite and on top of it! Well done, will return.

This place has always been great and keeps getting better. The staff are friendly. The food is truly gourmet. Bobby Flay could put his name proudly on this food and charge triple. Except they are super fast and very reasonably priced. Love this place and I hope they stay in business for a long time. Oh and I’m very picky about my food and I can tell you if you’re Vegan or plant based this place rocks but their meat selection looks amazing too.
