I went and paid with change for gass. I don't normally like to do this but it was all I had with me at the time. Adonai was super upbeat and was fun to talk to. And to Adonai this is coming from someone who used to do what you did. Keep up with that upbeat mentally and always work hard even when things get rough! I see good things in your future if you always live that mentally. I hope the best for you brotha.

If I could give no stars I would. The cashier was incredibly rude and refused to allow me entry to the restroom when I asked. His literal reply to my question was “What, the hospital does not have a restroom?”, (there is a hospital across the street from this location) 7/11, if you care about your reputation, have some words with this sorry excuse of a manager. He has zero customer service skills. He shooed a paying customer out and locked the door behind me!

8/16/2020 at approx 630pm there was a massive thunderstorm with strong winds. My fiancee happend to be on the highway near this place and her car was rocking. she pulled over to the 7-11 right outside the McKinney medical center and they locked their doors and told her she couldn't come inside... She was outside screaming and crying for help but they did not let her in. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT A 7-11 AGAIN. What an absolutely heartless company and store owner. Whoever runs that store should be ashamed of themselves. I am calling corporate over this...

Absolutely the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. My husband and I stopped to get gas because we had a gift card with $70 on it. He went inside and they kept telling him there was no money on the card. I called and confirmed there was still $70 on the card. I went inside and and tried again. The kid at the register was completely put out and I explained that there was money on the card. He got irritated and tried it well it asked for a pin. I explained that it's a gift card and we don't have a pin and to run t as credit, he said he didn't know how. I said well it there a manager here that can show you how? He walked alway and said whatever to me, went and called for his dad. Mike, the manager and the kids dad can put and was unpleasant as well and I told him. He refused to even try and said they can't control the credit card machine. I will never be stopping here and will continue to give QT my business since they have superb customer service.
