This Starbucks location is slow and they will have you pay for your drink and not return your card back. I had to drive to the airport 35 minutes away and realized the girl never gave me back my card. Therefore I had to rush all the way back to get my card before heading back to the airport. Absurd! I was brushed off quickly right before I stood at the counter for a while...when they were all staring at me for a while waiting to see which employee would help me. Nobody offered me anything for the inconvenience but an apology. I will NOT be coming back to this location.

I have been going to this Starbucks for years…Every morning , and have got to meet some very nice people that work in the morning. I write this review completely upset and beside myself because of my experience today 1/8/2022
Your store is now closed at noon every day due to staff shortages. With me knowing that you close early , I got into the line at 11:41am. As I’m waiting at 11:54, a worker comes behind my car and puts cones to block anyone from coming. To my surprise when I get to the window at 11:56 a man told me they were closed. At this point I have waited almost 20 min in line with no way to exit. I wait another 5 min and arrive at the window where I am completely ignored.
I am never coming back to this location again. Emily if you are still the manager here I hope your staff does better in the future.

Great friendly service. The orders are taken and made quickly but in the morning the place is already dirty. The coffee and breakfast items are good as usual. The sous vide egg bites are delicious!!
