I absolutely love smoothie king, but the customer service at this location is really poor! The girl at the front ignored me while I stood at the mobile pickup line, then told me very abruptly they didn’t have my order after told I was there to pickup. I showed her my confirmation code and confirmed the address and she just stared at me. I asked if they please could make the smoothie since it was paid for and I had confirmation, she got upset and said “that’s what I was gonna say” rudely… I had even called to let them know I would be running late, and they told me it would be in the freezer, but didn’t confirm my order or anything. Don’t order mobile or pickup from this location!!!

Used to be good, but past 3 haven’t been blended fully. Quarter sized chunks of ice and other ingredients. Couldn’t drink it with a straw. Forgot to add enhancers I paid for online. Won’t be going back. Smoothie King in general is great though, so try another location!

This place used to be amazing, but now, not so much. All of their smoothies are water down and they taste like you’re drinking fruit juice. They also got another customers drink order mixed up and they couldn’t tell him which was which.

Don't expect the level of service or convenience that all other Smoothie King locations offer. Most staff I have come across barely have a grasp of the English language. Other stores I've been to, I've been able to call in an order ahead of time. Not here, they say they don't have a phone but there's a number listed for them. Smoothies made right, for the most part it seems but they're definitely not in a hurry to provide any level of customer service

Fast and friendly service! One of the quickest Smoothie King locations I've gone to, and smoothies have been perfect both times!

I spend A LOT of money at Smoothie King and the location depends on if I’m near my office, house, or out of town on business. I order the exact same drink every single day and have never had a problem at any location EXCEPT for this one. I just moved the this area a few months ago and stopped by my first day here. I asked for no protein powder in my smoothie like always, as I have a medical condition that only allows my body to process a small amount of protein a day so I have to be very careful I don’t ever add additional protein to my food. This is no one’s business, and I don’t owe an explanation to anybody about why I don’t want added protein in my drink. The guy taking my order gave me an attitude the moment I asked for no protein, and that’s never happened before at any other location. I didn’t understand why he was so upset... I’m still paying for the protein and they get to save on the product- what’s the big deal? Well, the moment I got in the car and took a sip I knew immediately he put it in anyway. I have this drink every single day and would know the difference in a heartbeat. I thought about going back in and asking why he did that, but I honestly didn’t want to deal with his attitude. I was running late and decided against my better judgment to just drink it anyway. Wrong decision. I broke out in hives for days and had kidney and liver pain, as my body was not used to the surge in protein. I thought about calling the owner, but didn’t want to get some ignorant kid fired for being a jerk since I chose to drink the darn thing when I knew better. After that I avoided this location until a few weeks ago, as it’s conveniently located near my house. My mom who works for me went in to get one for me on our way home from work and she ordered my usual. She knew what had happened last time I went there because I was so sick, so she was very adamant about no protein. The guy gave her such a hard time and said that they still would put the protein in because it’s “vegan” and won’t make a difference. What?!? Since when did it become okay for then to make that decision? Do SK employees think they’re above the customer to make those decisions for them? Do they think we’re incompetent enough that we can’t read the menu and know exactly what we’re ordering? I was in the parking lot waiting forever wondering what was going on, because he was arguing with my mother and just kept saying “it’s vegan” and she kept saying “I don’t care, don’t put it in!” Eventually another employee came out and the guy handed our order off to him. He was kind and did the order exactly as asked. It was perfect and delicious just like it always is at every other location, but we were both shocked that making such a small request got this other guy so worked up that he had to hand us off to someone else. When we were pulling out of the parking lot, we saw him come outside and it looked like he was blowing steam. Fast forward a few weeks, mom has been going in every few days as I’ve been working from home more lately, and every time she said someone there gets all worked up when she asks for no protein. She admitted to them that I had a medical condition and to please stop making us feel bad for such a simple order every single time we come in. Finally, today was the last straw. She went in, ordered, got the usual push back, and so she got the card for the owner. When she left she called the “owner” and the manager who had been giving her a hard time on this visit picked up the phone. She said they don’t like making adjustments to the drinks because people would complain that it doesn’t taste good. Really?? Are you serious?? Guess what?! No one cares what you “think” or “like” to do. The customer is always right and you treating people like they’re incompetent and like they don’t know what’s best for their own health is absolutely ridiculous and it’s humiliating to explain ourselves every time we go in. We’ll never set foot inside this location again and you can take your “but it’s vegan” protein and shove it.

The lady working was AWESOME! She was alone and had 4 waiting customers, but managed to greet us all with a smile as we walked and took time to answer questions all while making smoothies. She rocked it!

I don’t like this location. I got one of the protein smoothies and I switched out whey protein for the vegan protein and cows milk for almond milk. It came out chalky and gross. I asked if they could try and fix it and all they did was blend it again. I said I like the flavor but the texture is bad, can you try putting a bit more almond milk and see if that helps? They refused, saying it was extra. They put the blame on me for ordering substitutions- But all I did, like I said, was switch one milk and one protein for another. I asked if they could just make me another smoothie. So I got one that I didn’t like as much, my usual that I was trying to change up by ordering the other one. Surprisingly they didn’t charge me for it. They made me an entirely new smoothie but they weren’t willing to part with a few squirts of almond milk to try and fix the smoothie I really wanted? The replacement smoothie is one that has been made very well at other locations but is very bad here, it’s the vegan protein smoothie, that’s why I wanted to try something new. I won’t be back.
