Starbucks

This place is ridiculously slow. Doesn't matter the hour, day or time. Ordering from the mobile app to "speed up" the process doesn’t seem to work. The estimated pick up times are off by 10-15 minutes consistently. If you ever think you're going to make a "quick stop" to get Starbucks on the way somewhere, don't pick this one. I hope it improves. I love Starbucks and this location is the closest to my house.

This used to be my favorite starbucks, but the last two weeks I receive increasingly worse drinks. I order the same thing every time, and I keep giving chances but it’s actually so bad now. The other day my shaken espresso didn’t even have espresso? It was straight milk. Today, my drink had a chocolatey lid (there’s no choc in my drink), it was the wrong size, and there was clearly not the correct amount of anything in the drink. :( really sad bc the tall guy with the beanie always makes the most amazing drinks but I can’t be taking the risk of anybody else at this location making anything.

omggg ive gotten this drink every time since it’s come out. i’ve never asked for ice and i’ve NEVER received a drink like this. i pay 6/7$ for this drink and received 1/4 of it today. when i asked the lady behind the counter she said “it’s missing the cold foam and the lady next to her said it already melted” ma’am it was missing the rest of the drink and it is suppose to be cold with no ice actually. Soooo disappointed it my experience today i would’ve loved to wait for another remake but it seemed like i was asking too much and did not have the time to wait. it doesn’t even look appealing!! like loook at the inside as well!! i tried stirring the “foam” into it and ended up tossing as it looks like straight vomit.

It's beautiful and delicious and doesn't seem as complicated as all the other ingredients, but what do I know I didn't make it. One day I'll become a barista and feel all the pain that you guys do. I must add, remember to TIP your barista, they deserve it! For putting up with are cranky azzes. If I had had cash on me today I would have tipped so next time I come in I'm bring double. ✌💚❤
