Managers are not really friendly, besides to customers, yelled at some employees. GM showed up to work his shift and felt his mustang had to be by the front door, he parked there taking sports from customers while the other employees parked away and across the lot. To meet, this shows how the store is run... Once you walk in, you realize that you're better off waiting in the long drive thru line. Liked like the ice machine hasn't been filled in hours, we had to give our cups to someone to ration out ice.

This has to be the worst store in the area. Do yourself a favor and drive down to Custer and 380. They actually know how to run a store. I try not to come to this one because the service is always bad. But I was in the area and decided to give them another chance. That was a big mistake. First I showed up to pick up my takeout order only to find the dining room closed. Next, I used a reward to order a cinnamon roll. They told me they were out of cinnamon rolls. I told them to just refund the reward and the told me to just let them know next time I come back. I told them I wouldn’t be back because the dining room is always closed. The told me that they only had 13 employees… why would you tell that to a customer?!? Lastly the biscuit was good but the hashbrown sticks were cold and mushy. I don’t know if anyone really reads these but there is a big problem with management at this store. It is time to clean house!

I generally love Whataburger, but this location is the worst. Two orders wrong in 2 days. Ordered a breakfast burger and missing the burger patty. Ordered the new Buffalo Chicken Ranch sandwich and missing the buffalo/ranch sauce which actually makes the sandwich what it is. My 4 year old can follow better instructions.

At first saw this outside the window when I try to pick up my order ketchup and about a dollar worth of change splattered all over The place. Looks like the people ahead of me weren’t too happy with their order . I had to wait over 10 minutes for my order with no line , going back-and-forth with the kid at the window about three times until I finally got my order right . The food was good but man I never been through a drive-through like this before

Just don't go to this one. The food I get has been cold lately, the short me on the fries, and take forever even when it's slow. They need more training and quality control for sure. I usually love whataburger, just not this location

Whataburger delivers the tastiest fast food in Sherman, without a doubt. Even without an imaginative menu, their food is gooooood! HOWEVER, I ate in the relatively empty Mckinney store tonight and realized that some of the ancillary details of my experience at the Sherman store, like customers sitting in line back out of the drive-through ALL THE TIME, and my being one of very few who knows how to get special treatment by ordering ahead, seem to make the food in Sherman just that much more yummy.
