I visited this location for lunch order a tender meal . The car hopper brung me my order without a bag. I literally had to ask for a bag . I arrived back at work with my lunch and was very disappointed I only received 2 onion rings and stale old dried up tater tots. I’m very disappointed with my order . The customer service I received from the hopper was great . Please ensure each customer is receiving fresh food with each order. I’m done with this location at this point. I’m beyond upset ! Also what supposed to be a peach slush is nothing but ice . I NEED A FULL REFUND AT THIS POINT

Carhops are pretty happy from what I can see. If items are wrong, they'll make it right with no questions asked. While it is a bit pricey to feed a family, for single people or couples, I'd say it's not too bad. Happy to see that Sonic is paying the carhops a much better wage, instead of having to rely on tips.

While I don't visit many Sonic locations, only this one as it's closest to home, this location seems greatly understaffed. Orders can take 15+ minutes for food for 1 person and the staff most days looks miserable and overworked. The food is still good, the price is still decent, but the location needs help.

I arrived and pushed the red button. When they answered, I said my order and was interrupted by a second person in the middle of it. So I started my order over and even spoke louder this time. They cut the speaker off, walked out and asked if they could help me. I stated my order a third time and said that is all. The lady then got an attitude about me saying "that is all" at the end of my order. So I decided that Sonic clearly did not want my business today, so I decided to leave.

It took forever to get our food and the chicken sandwich was super tiny.
Otherwise my bacon burger was great, and the server was friendly.

Microwaved chicken tenders and its not the first time. Do they really think we can't tell??
Also, whenever the manager takes my order it is always the worst. He constantly interrupts to ask the various questions for the order, throwing off your cadence. If he would just be quiet for half a second he would hear that I already know how to order a kids meal without his assistance, and much quicker without him interrupting.
