Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this location!! Benny and his crew are on point!! Fast cooking, great food, great company!! I highly recommend you come by and say hello! The teamwork is beautiful! We're here all the time and every single time we're very happy to be here! Matter of fact, this trio needs a raise! Everywhere I've been after midnight has been trash. The conversation is great, yet they never stop working! I love that we can watch them cook our food, and every time it's perfect! Y'all, this is seriously the place to be!

Always AMAZING to eat at this location! Waffle House should be proud of all these hard workers. My food came right out, hot and fresh. The music playlist is a plus. There were multiple people feeling the music.

Cannot find anything as fresh as "made to order, right in front of you". Well, if you enjoy simple delish cooking from some true professionals, the crew at Waffle house in McKinney is the place to look. Benny on the mic and the mic is hot! He listens to the orders as a language of the menu is deciphered from the waitresses. Bring on the food, hot, fresh and wonderful. I could go on and on. No, this isn't a 5 star restaurant with an elaborate menu... But they got waffles. So stop in, 24 hours a day, seven days a week and you will find you made an affordable, filling, right choice for dining.

We were lucky enough to walk in the same time as Easy Robbie! What a warm, welcoming, energetic guy! Very personable and attentive staff. Food was very fresh and tasty, unlike what you get anywhere else these days. Will definitely stop in again when we roll through.

I was craving a waffle while out on a Sunday drive, there it was, old faithful, The Waffle House.
I went in and sat at the counter, the waitress turned and smiled and said it’s going to be a minute, I’m the only waitress here. Yes, it took a few minutes but Paula and David the cook were as pleasant and diligent as they could possibly be, honestly, I sat there thinking how truly thankful I was that when everyone else didn’t, they showed up and demonstrated grace, a friendly word and nice smiles to their customers. I’d love to tell you the waffle was exceptional, but the reason you go to Waffle House is because as far as the food goes, you always know what to expect, tasty and reasonably well made at a decent price. The variability is the staff and these two were outstanding.

I normally always have an amazing experience here. Food is always good staff is always great but today I had a waitress that came to our table to take our order and that’s it never came back to refill ask us was everything ok did we need anything else not once. But continued to go to the table behind and in front of us I had to stop her to ask for more to drink . She brought us our ticket and never said can I get you ladies anything else nothing. I always leave a generous generous tip but her service definitely didn’t deserve one. If she would have taken the time to care just a little bit she would have gotten a really nice tip. But I know her name and face and when I go back I’ll make sure to request her to never serve me again.

Hadn't eaten in a waffle house in a long while and was a bit apprehensive, given my last visit to a WH in Georgia. I was most pleasantly surprised. From the moment I walked in the staff made me feel like I was home. The meal was perfectly prepared and the service was excellent. If only they could all be this good. I will be back

If you care about your order being correct or would like simple modifications to your meal, this definitely is not the place for you to eat. Waffle House is an all time favorite of mine but this location has failed both times I’ve tried to eat there. It really seems that the staff here thinks that onions go on everything. Need some grape jelly, hold on one sec… let me add some onions to that for you. They just can’t get it right.
