Subway

Today we ordered 3 subs on line at 5:11 pm, got there a little early and there was one person getting a sub made, continued to wait and wait and wait as customers came in and stood in line and placed there orders and had them made. I asked the manager on duty would it be better and faster if I canceled my order and stood in line. She stated they are working on it and working as fast as they can as they continue to make other new orders coming through the door when our were never started. When I asked again she said they are in the toaster that was at 5:35. Not sure why, we didn't ask for toasted. This was completely unacceptable. It's as if it were on purpose. We received our order at 5:45 and it wasn't even made correctly, have you ever had a ham and cheese with no mayonnaise. Also received the wrong cookies and the sandwiches were made a bit sloppy, non were toasted by the way. I previously had a good review but this forced me to remove it. Not going again. Dear owner, it can take years to get a new customer it can take minutes to lose one and spread the word about poor service to the community. Fix this.

This particular Subway gets 5 stars! I've been to many Subways and they are all good but this one tops the others due to the cleanliness of the place itself and the patience of the Employees 😊 I sometimes change my mind, lol, and I've never as much had a server roll their eyes or give me that "hurry up" look 😂 Let's face it, life is very hurried and stressful in all facets of life today! It's nice when someone allows you a few moments to just "be".

I ordered two subs. I asked a question about the bread and got a smart remark. The woman said I could of told her while I was ordering the first one. So right off the bat she was so rude. She kept going on and I told her how I work in food and would never talk to a customer like that. I know someone who works for this store and was told it was the manager who was acting like this. Maybe if she doesn’t like her job she should quit. I cannot believe people really act like this especially as the highest position. Not a good example she was setting for her team.

Saturday evening I came in at around 7pm to order some food. Immediately I noticed there was an older woman at the counter, in her 30’s or 40’s. She greeted me, and later on I heard comments of how she felt sick to other employees. I made a comment about the lack of masking in the building, and she replied “we aren’t required to.” After she felt sick as well! I was on a trip with my children, and they were waiting in the car for me. One of my children has tested positive for COVID-19, and I am waiting on my results right now. I am appalled at the lack of professionalism on the hands of the employee! I will no longer be stopping at this, or potentially all, Subway(s) due to such negligence.
