Ensure you show up at least 30 minutes before closing. I showed up at 9:42 pm with their posted closing at 10:00pm on April 28th and their doors were locked and no response at the drive thru. There were 4 employees, seemingly younger, who did enjoy watching me drive through the drive thru and then fail to open the locked door. Seemed like just some lacking kids who wanted out and closed up shop early to chat away the last 30 minutes of their shift. Disappointing for sure.

Bought 12 piece chicken meal paid $35 for it, took it home for dinner and chicken had a soapy taste from a cleaner. Spoke to complaint depart and had no results. Wasted money. Will not go there again.

The line is always really long, which makes sense with staffing issues but once you get through the line the order is often inaccurate. Drive thru person taking our order laughed through the entire thing so we shouldn’t have been surprised when our entire order was wrong. Well that’s not entirely true, we ordered 2 items…one was missing completely the other was wrong. It wasn’t worth the 15 min wait in the line to correct and the lobby is closed.

forgot a lot of my order. waited 45 minutes in line again to get the rest. my boyfriend asked for them to give him a new famous bowl since we had to wait in line again it was cold. they double knotted the bag put the same bowl in cold wnd still forgot the food they forgot the first time

My family loves the taco bell and kfc combo. I can please different appetites with one stop. Drive thru order was quick and correct. The girl at the window on 6/16 at 11am was pleasant and professional.

Like someone said before me, if I could rate them less than one star I would. Decided to go in, when I got inside a customer already left because no one was available to wait on them. I had the pleasure of watching them make the food. 1st I got overcharged 2 dollars. 2nd The employees weren’t wearing gloves at first. 3rd they were gagging over top of my food. 4th The crunch wrap wasnt even wrapped correctly, nor did my meat and cheese only items, include CHEESE!? If you have the time go somewhere else.
