Buffalo Wild Wings

New management has orders ready when they're supposed to be instead of 20-45 minutes late. Very friendly staff, kudos to those working on 11/042021. The men's bathroom flooded due to customer misuse and the matter was very quickly and professionally handled without disruption of service. Morgan is a very friendly face to be greeted by and she is very helpful.

Went to Buffalo Wild Wings yesterday for Mother’s Day. Now before you give them excuses, they were not busy at all when we walked in. In fact, there were only 3 tables being served at the time. They had lots of waitstaff and some for call in orders. We had 6 people and to make it easy we ordered things in the menu and nothing complicated. The 5 of us got our food while my husband still didn’t get his yet. His fries and onion rings were brought out first, but no burger. We were more than 1/2 way finished and he still didn’t get his food. Then it was excuses as to why this happened. They gave his food to another table so now we’re waiting again. Then I guess other people switched to other table messing up table.numbers. This should have NEVER happened. They gave us 25% off the bill but that’s not the point if this. That was my first and only time going to Buffalo Wild Wings. One and done.

Very disappointed. We had a $65 pick up order. The celery was rotten and 20 of our wings came with no Buffalo sauce. When I called to share my concern, I was offered to drive back for sauce or $5 credit. Eventually we received a credit for the wings without sauce. We put a frozen pizza in the oven and called it a night.

Avoid this Buffalo Wild Wings if you can! Prior to covid we would go in there a lot after various sporting events and it was great. During the height of covid we would still order carry out from here...... And then tonight happened. It took at least 15 to 20 minutes for us to even see our server. Then our food was brought out in 15 minute intervals. 1st my son's, then 10 minutes later my wife's, and then 15 minutes after that my daughters. My food wasn't even brought out until we received our bill and to add insult to injury it wasn't even what I had ordered. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and they brought me a classic chicken sandwich. THIS WAS PATHETIC!!! I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!!! FIGURE IT OUT B-DUBS!!!!!!

The wings were just awful. Very dry and looked like they were reheated at least twice. Not to mention they got my order wrong. I was also missing items. I called to speak to the manager as i had ordered to go. He told me I'd get a refund, but it's been almost two weeks and I'm most definitely sure he never even submitted it. Save your money and get frozen wings instead.

Definitely dissatisfied with today’s dinner, 2 different prices same order. Tried ordering online and didn’t work, called and placed the same order but over the phone it was different, paid anyway. Hour to pick up, incomplete ultimate nachos, cold and very chewy fries, ordered Buffalo ranch crispy sandwich and got it with no Buffalo at all. Last time ordering out from the McHenry location. Not the first time disappoint from that store but deff the last
