On Saturday may 14th my self and my 2 boys showed up to the subway at 8:59 pm not realizing that the store closes at 9:00. the young high school aged girl was so respectful helpful and professional. even my son said that she was probably the nicest fast food person he has ever seen. Just wanted to give out a huge thank you for assisting us right at close. What a great experience!

Had Chicken bacon RANCH apparently they stopped having RANCH and only have peppercorn ranch. They need to change the name of sandwich if they are not going to use RANCH anymore

One of the workers was in break when it got a bit busy, she jumped right up and helped her co-workers before returning to her lunch. They did a very nice job.

Ordered from the app, even 10 minutes after pick up time, food was not ready and I had to leave. $10 down the drain from slow service and there is no recourse. Last visit for me. App offers no way to correct the charge and no one at the store will answer phone.

Staff was extremely kind and patient with me and my children. My kids were very indecisive and talking to me at the same time. Subway staff waited patiently and ensured our confusing order was perfect. Thank you for being a highlight during our travels!

Went in today for a $5 footlong. Was told I can only get the deal if I order ahead in the app. I know they want my info so they can send me a blizzard of emails and texts and update their demographics. Instead I drove back to The Roasting House and got a great sandwich for about a dollar more. So Subway didn't get my info, didn't make a sale, and lost a customer. I'm now shopping local.
