Hooters

3 strikes and they're out. Having a great app for curbside is only a concept when you don't follow the steps. After sending all required response like.. let us know you're on the way..let us know you're outside. Still waited in car 12 minutes. Finally went inside to carry out door. Location not busy and I could see order sitting on table. Several associates walked by but no one acknowledged me. After another 7 minutes I was obviously not going to get service so the next waitress that walked near I just said excuse me is this my order and she picked the bag up and asked my name. No one followed through on the app and this was the third and last time for me. The service at this Jonesboro Rd location has been consistent in failure and that seems to be the standard. I have always been a Hooter's fan but I guess I won't be able to return to my neighborhood spot.😥

This location will never be up to par. It never has been a real Hooters. 1. only 6 people allowed. 2. Drinks came out after 30 minutes. Had to go to the bar and pick up our second round. 3. Food came out after and hour, maybe hour and a half. 4. One appetizer never came. Wife's younger sisters food never came. They brought out her chicken which was not cooked all of the way. The tenders were practically white, not golden. 5. Had to beg and ask 10 times for napkins. They bring out like 4. We ordered a plate of twenty wings and an eight-teen count appetizer. No metal plate to put our bones in, AND, Every Hooters I have ever been in also gives you wet naps for your hands. Well, not this location. We live in Florida, but I often feel bad for the folks that live in Clayton and Henry County's. You have absolutely no decent restaurants or Hotels.

Horrible service, bartender was not wearing a mask, no cold mugs for draft beers she even try to give me from a glass she was using to put beer to others mugs do to machine not working. Manager eating behind the bar with bartender is dirty restaurant. For a chain Hooters that promotes high quality food and services this one is not a Hooters. Sorry never will be back

We had a family of 9 wanting to have great food and sports to watch before being on the road for 5 hours on our way home. We got a pretty good table to fit us all in close proximity. We waited 20 minutes at our table to be helped but we did not even get acknowledged or greeted. We never got a server to explain the specials or even to let us know they were busy and we will have to wait. What we did get was no service or acknowledge of us being in the building. We waisted 20 minutes of our time to watch 3 different couples get tables and get their orders taken. We have never been treated so disrespectful in a food establishment. The fact that we had hungry kids with us kept me from speaking with management and letting them know how terrible the service was. We will never be back to this establishment if it was the last place left to get food. If I could give it negative stars I would give it negative five starts. If you are looking to get terrible service or no service at all this place is where you need to go.
