Wild Wing Cafe

This was my first time at this venue. I tried to have the shrimp but they were not completely cleaned. Then I tried to have the wings and tenders, the wings were good but the tenders were too dark and dry. I believe that it is the coating they're using possibly. I had a salad and some of the lettuce was wilted. I gave this a three star because the service was awesome the young lady was very pleasant and very apologetic for something she actually really had no control over. She informed the manager and they actually blessed us for the experience we endured with the food. Would I go back? Yes I will go back and try something else. oh yes and the sauces and the dressings are delicious especially the blue cheese dressing and the garlic sauce for the wings! I send this response in a humbling manner as I am not here to put down the venue only to express my personal experience with the hopes that the next time will be a full wonderful experience. I must say the manager was awesome and very friendly and professional. I pray that God blesses this establishment and those that work there in Jesus name amen Thank you for the wonderful service you gave. There is a saying, although the customer may not always be right (in your eyes) they are the customer and you treated us with the utmost respect. Again thank you!💜

Went there for lunch on 12/23. We ordered the lunch all you can eat wing special. The food and and the presentation was 5 star all the way. We had a great sever Malek. He never left us wanting for anything. He displayed great customer service. Be sure to ask for him. And we want to thank the manager Will for stopping by are table just to make sure everything was good. 5 Star service all the way. I highly recommend.

My brother and I went to Wild Wings in Mcdonough Ga. We were greeted by the hostess as he took us to our table, he did not tell us who our waiter or waitress was. We waited for about 15 minutes and ready to leave, before Sarah came over and asked us if someone was waiting on us. We told her No!!!!!! We felt uncomfortable because another waitress was serving the table behind us and did not have the courtesy to ask if anyone was serving us and walked by us several times even management did not acknowledge us sitting there even when he saw us walk in!!!!! We were frustrated because our food was not what we expected. And when we called management over to tell him about our food he said he would take it out of our bill, and he didn't. If it wasn't for Sarah to take the time out to listen to our complaints we would of given this location a thumbs down!!!!!!!! Thank God for Sarah for saving the day. If you go to this location ask for Sarah, she will greet you with a smile and listen to your concerns. I give Sarah a 5 star for her service. Not the manager that was on duty!!!! We will go back for Sarah and her service, not management. Management needs more training.
