Alta Grill

I wish I could give this place negative stars!!!! This place is HORRIBLE!!! Save your time and effort and go to a real bar and grill because this place is not it. If you have been here and experienced what I did... Food took forever to get to our table (claiming the ticket never made it to the chef, but my table of 3 people were the only ones in there), the food was nasty, and how is it that the servers brought food to our table with no utensils, napkins or anything....then you will appreciate spending money and tipping places that give you great service. Tactless, tasteless and terrible service is the only winning combination here.

My Mom saw an ad in the local paper for Alta Grill’s Mother’s Day Brunch so we decided to get a reservation. The place was nice enough inside. We paid $23 a person for essentially a fraction of Old Country Buffet’s total layout. The brunch consisted of basic scrambled eggs, undercooked potatoes, average bacon, baked french toast that was gone within 30 minutes of opening, bland zitti noodles with red sauce, turkey, and a bunch of other store bought pastries. When I asked the assistant manager when they were bringing out more french toast she told me ‘they were not because they ran out’. In all probably one of the WORST dining experiences I have ever had. I politely asked the assistant manager where the owner/manager was and she told me they were celebrating mother’s day. I honestly felt like the average person could have made exactly what was served with little/no experience cooking for about $200. Total embarrassment to real dining establishments.

Went in about one month ago, and was having a decent time with a few friends, until I decided to order another MGD. The skinny bartender with the short dark hair, took the rest of the money that I had sitting next to my empty beer, which was about 12 dollars, and decided that she would tip herself with the remaining money left after paying for that beer. I might be old school, but have NEVER had an issue with leaving my money on the bar while sitting there. Returned a couple weeks later, and again, the service was mediocre at best, not to mention, it was the same bartender as the first night. And to make it worse, they didnt even have my beer in stock the second time. Don't think that I will be going back to that place again. How hard is it to keep MGD in stock, not like it's a rare beer.

I just noticed this flyer in my mail box and decided to call. First time I called spoke with some boy that seemed to have been to busy with having his own conversation laughing couldn't process what I was saying. First impression was not a good one and will not attempt to support a business like this , very unprofessional on the phone, ahh just imagine how the kitchen staff works. No thank you and keep your flyers out of my mail box.
