Pizza Hut

The buffet was (and has always been) excellent. The salad bar and the pizza choices were just what I wanted. I prefer pizza with lots of veggies and no meat - though of course there were plenty of meaty choices too. The salad bar had the variety I love. Though the two women who have been on the wait staff for years are absolutely awesome, and seem like dedicated employees, they are in urgent need of help, so at this time they're only open limited hours and days. They offer some special benefits, I hope they get some applicants and are able to stay open.

Today's buffet was the absolute worst experience I have ever experienced. There were completely burnt pizzas put out when there was food on it. I arrived at 1130 and met with coworkers, there were the same 2 burnt pizzas on the buffet until 1 when I left because no one wanted to eat them. Thr pasta pans were empty almost the entire time, and the breadsticks were very hard. I asked the manager if we could get some more pizzas put out and her response was "I'll get to it when I can". I have been coming to this pizza for years and it has been declining for the past 2 months. There is zero care for the customer at pizza hut now. The table next to ours was so mad about the lack of food, they drank their soda paid and left. They didn't even get to eat, because there was nothing for almost 20 minutes. I understand there has been management change recently, but that is no excuse for today. I truly hope someone will communicate this to the new management, so they can see how their actions and lack of customer service affect the customers.

Just talked to Steven. Was online placing an order where they had my pizza in stock yet ran out while I was in the middle of ordering. Called to see why they constantly run out of stock every single time I try to order this pizza which is just a large thin crust. This isn't a once in a while thing its every single time I try to order. He did zero to try to make it right.

my siblings and I went to take our mother out for BUFFET and the hostess informed us that she was only able to sit 8 people at a table. We said that would be fine. Out came somebody named Christina had a gray managers shirt on, from the kitchen yelling that they will not be serving any groups larger then 8 due to shortage of staff. We told her we would be seated in different tables and she said "It does not matter, we are not serving groups larger than eight". We and another family of 4 were the only ones in the restaurant at the time. By the time it would get more customers we would of most likely been done and out of there. The other family was also upset by the way Christina came out and yelled and asked why would we not be able to sit in different tables for which she replied "I am not discussing this with you". We later asked for corporates office phone number or a district managers name and contact info and they refused to give them to us. Including a name. We asked to speak to the manager and another gal with the name tag Chrissy came out and spoke to us. We asked if she was the manager and she "yes for today i am" she was not in uniform at all and did not represent an assistant manager at all. Was not dressed professionally at all. I would like for corporate or a district manager to contact me. i have already submitted a request to be called.
