Not to surprised that my order was wrong. The order taker could not get my order correct and had missing items when food was delivered. Why do i continue to eat here?

I was starving after a long day of work, so I went to old faithful. Bad decision. Got 20 nuggets with barbecue sauce. No sauce. Got a large fry. No salt. Got 3 cookies. Cold, stale, hard. The only thing they didn’t mess up was my large coke.

Messed up my order, no big deal except after 15 minutes of waiting had to go inside and wait another 10 minutes as they gave my correct order to somebody else and continued to act like that was my fault. Finally 25 minutes later I got the right sandwich to go with my cold, unsalted fries.

Burgers were raw. They replaced one. I ordered two.

They were busy but it took almost no time to get our food. Everything we ordered was in the bags. And most importantly, the fires were hot and fresh, and yes there's a big difference.

At so we ordered a Shamrock shake online and we went in to get it and the girl was making it and then another girl came in and said we cannot make shamrock shakes no more it’s not march and she takes it away from the girl and she throws it in the trash and it was perfectly good ice cream and everything worst experience ever

Good McDonald's, though understaffed like everywhere else. The girl behind the counter was telling everyone about the workout she was getting. Sounds like she deserves a raise!

A poorly managed place with long waits, mistakes on orders, and 1-2 helpful employees frantically filling the gaps left by the 3-6 employees standing out of view chatting. Why do the employees that care have to deal with the customers that are peeved from the others' failures?
