THE WORSE fast food restaurant I’ve ever been too. I pulled into the parking spot and ordered through the app since I was on my lunch break at work. I waited 45 mins and nobody bothered to bring me my stuff. I had to go in to see everyone knew I was out there waiting and just didn’t want to walk out there I guess. I now have food that I can’t eat cause I have to go back into work. I will NEVER step foot in the McDonald’s on Delaware Ave. again!!!

Very unprofessional people even the ones in management. They need to do better, act better and get the orders correct. Drinks dripping, ice cream dripping, and even caramel sliding down the side of the cup when they hand it to you. I have NEVER encountered such bad customer service from a McDonald’s restaurant. They need to regroup and retrain their staff at this location. They could learn a few things from CHICK-FIL-A 🤔

After waiting 20 minutes I had to go inside. Then I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me! When the person finally asked what I needed, I told her I had a mobile order and needed to get it, she then got an attitude with me! Then she Walked over and picked up a bag that had been setting there since I walked in and basically threw it in my hand! With this branch, this has happened to me with the last several mobile orders I have placed here!

I enjoyed the food before but I went to go inside at 8:30 and the lobby was locked even tho they have it posted as it's open till midnight

I am crazy addicted to McDonald's,Love the place go there everyday... this one's better place than the one on veterans... but why can't they make your iced coffee with extra caramel taste the same every time... kind of a problem with most McDonald's... and another thing keep your machines running till you close... some of us might want a frappe or ice cream or something at night... thanks...please for all of our sakes improve McDonald's
