If you’re looking for a good quality food, this is the place to go! Fresh and Tasty has delicious chicken salads, soups and sandwiches. The dressings are made in house and are really good, my favorite are the cilantro and balsamic. Also their house drinks are delicious, with the cucumber lemonade being my favorite. Definitely a good place to go eat!
Always my first stop when I come to the valley. I can’t work without their grape chicken salad and homemade balsamic vinaigrette. Their soups are amazing and their staff is always awesome. Highly recommend for a healthy meal.
Was in The Valley for work and needed something healthy and quick for lunch. I was very impressed with the food and the service! Had the chicken and goat cheese wrap and it was fantastic! Will definitely make this place a regular stop when in the RGV!
I love that all of the food is either organic and housemade, and you can definitely tell from the quality and taste of the selections. I eat Fresh & Tasty almost every day for lunch! And the fact that they deliver makes it easy for me to stick to a diet, even when work doesn't give me enough time for food other than fast food. Fresh & Tasty has helped me to drop 10 lbs so far, couldn't be happier!
