Stephanie is a good customer service driven employee. She was at the drive thru when she helped me out. She was very attentive, courteous, and nice. She made my order was right and put all the condiments that I asked for. I highly recommend her and Burger King location.

The drive thru employee had a bit of an attitude taking my order. I also asked for easy ice in my drink and he did quite the opposite. My drink was 2/3 ice. I was too tired to argue (even though I wanted to because he had already gotten on my nerves for his unnecessary attitude). i just wanted to get home.

Food is consistently as good as any other Burger King.
Has been recently updated.
Relatively clean dining area considering how busy this location is.
Small play area for the kids is available and there is a TV area that is very quiet compared to the rest of the venue.
Note: The internet does not consistently function. When it does it's very slow.
Only big negative is the bathrooms. Pretty funky. (I think a lot of folks who are not customers use it.)
Convenient Location: Right off Expressway 83 and next to HEB and an IBC Bank.

I picked up a Burger through the drive thru and I will rate my experience as OK because the food was edible but I cannot understand about Burger King and it was not just this one it is every 1 of the Burger kings that I go to here in The Valley is that the food is always cold For the life of me I don't know what the process is in regards to the drive-through but but every time I order something through the drive-through the food is cold I grew up on Burger King And flame broiled walkers I remember the Box I remember my food always being hot but these days I don't see that from any local Burger King franchise But like I said the food was edible

Seriously worst Burger King in the valley would give 0 stars if you run out of buns be honest with people instead of wasting our money. My little sister wouldn’t even touch it and I asked for plain and dry but yet this store continues to make mistakes and it starts off with the management best believe I will be making a complaint to corporate this store needs new managers

This location is trash. Super slow service… web says they close at 12 but time after time you go at 11:05 or so and nobody answers the speaker. Lights are on but nobody’s home.

Burger was done wrong, when called to complain Stephanie's, manager in charge, only excuse was their training new hires.
