Mcdonald's

This McDonald's location needs serious attention from management and corporate. The toilets dont flush in women's restroom. They are extremely filthy. I also witnessed some lady worker with tattoos get angry when I told her the self screen menu wasn't working. She then called a younger girl and practically pushed her towards the register to help us. I felt so bad for her. Overall horrible experience at this location. Don't recommend.

These guys are tricking people with the drinks. First they tell you if you order a combo with a small drink they tell you that they don’t have small cups and if it’s ok to get a big cup because that’s all they have. And they have been doing this all month. Then they charge you an extra.34 cents for the large drink. What? I thought any size drinks cost $1 dollar? And like if it’s our fault they don’t have small cups. Imagine.34 cents in the long run for each combo ordered every day for the past month and still robbing people in times like these. Shame, shame, shame McDonald’s.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to, always get my order wrong, always forget sauces I ask, only reason I come to this one is cause it’s closer to my house and gas is expensive. Other than that I’m not sure if it’s just the crew slackin or management but cmon y’all it’s fast food you don’t even have to interact with customers that much. Literally had to wait 10 mins for one mcchicken the other night while a bunch of cars behind me got their order don’t know if they legit forgot about me. Super triggering especially after a long day at work.

Absolute lazy workers, the last two times I had ordered at this location the employees were lazy and wouldn't give me my full order. They didn't me my fries or drink even as i showed them the receipt many times. I had to constantly show my receipt of the missing items that they never gave to me. And when I had politely asked for extra Buffalo or ketchup, because they didn't provide any even though I had included the condiments in my mobile order, they still didn't provide the condiments and I had to get down to ask for them again. They gave me more issues and had a very rude attitude.

Came here after work to buy my two kids happy meals. When I received my order there was just one happy meal. When I let the cashier know he said there was nothing he could do because I had already been charged. He then told me that I had to get back in the drive thru line and wait to place the order for the second happy meal. It was very inconvenient for me especially since it was not my fault that they did not hear that I wanted two happy meals not one.

I was charged double for a for one cheeseburger $2 LOL I try to explain it to the manager but she is insist she said that if I did I'll give my money back but I never did save McDonald's I'm not rich I'm poor I was I charged double well I have the mobile app and my credit card linked to it and I had a dollar bill on hand which I use to pay my burger so it charged me from the mobile app and so I was charged from the mobile app and from the dollar bill that I had in hand LOL I'm loving it🙄
